Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AgriPeople CRM services provided by Green Vision Technical Services. By using the platform, customers agree to these terms.

1. Service Access

Customers receive a non-exclusive right to use the platform during an active subscription term. Access may be suspended for security reasons, policy violations, or non-payment.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, lawful use of the service, and accuracy of submitted data. Customers must ensure their users comply with internal policy and applicable regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, abusive messaging, unauthorized data extraction, malware distribution, or any activity that threatens service security or availability.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

Customer data remains owned by the customer. Platform software, documentation, and trademarks remain the intellectual property of Green Vision Technical Services and its licensors.

5. Billing and Subscription

Subscription charges, billing terms, and renewal conditions are defined in the customer plan agreement. Continued use after renewal date constitutes acceptance of renewal unless canceled as per contract terms.

6. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. While we work to maintain reliability and security, no uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and applicable contract terms.
