Acceptance of Terms

By using AgriPeople CRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

AgriPeople CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management and business management platform designed for agrochemical companies, distributors, and agricultural businesses in India.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgriPeople CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations including the Insecticides Act, 1968 and IT Act, 2000.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim any rights to your business data.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.
